Hawaii State Health Insurance for Children

Hawaii's free and low-cost public health insurance programs - Covering Kids are QUEST (managed care Medicaid) and Medicaid Fee-for-Service. Eligible children and youths must be 0 to 19 years old, live in Hawaii, meet household income, and qualify as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or citizens of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or Republic of Palau.
